Transfer Form for Members

This form should be completed when a member moves from one Trefoil Guild to another.

Starter Pack Form

This form can be used by section leaders to apply for a Trefoil Guild 'Starter Pack' for any new Girlguiding section.

R/T Registration of a Trefoil Guild/LINK Unit

This form must be completed in full to register a new Trefoil Guild/LINK Unit. All 5 pages must be completed. See also the Instruction Sheet which should be printed at the same time as the Form.  This gives full advise on who signs and keeps which coloured Form.

Members Personal Details Form and Amendment Form

These forms are to be used for

1.  New members joining - complete Member's Personal Details Form

2.  Any changes to a members details - complete Personal Details Amendments Form

Trefoil Guild Website Pro forma

This form is to be used for submitting information and or updates for the Trefoil Guild Website.  You can either down load the form, complete it and then email to either of the email addresses on the form or print it and send it by post to the Trefoil Guild Office.
