- Carfrae Fund Application Form with Guidelines for County Chairmen
- The purpose of the Carfrae Benefit Fund is to assist members of the Trefoil Guild with some acute mental or physical disability and those who are suffering from a terminal illness or serious illness from which there is no prospect of a full recovery, to enable them to take part, with their carers as required, in Trefoil Guild activities. This form should not be completed by the person for whom the bursary is intended.
