Find below some useful resources for your own use. There may be more than one version for you to choose from and use.
Read information carefully before you download.
To Download:
- Double-click on selected icon.
- You will be given the option to either 'SAVE' or 'OPEN'.
- Select the 'SAVE' option and select a folder on your computer to download the file.
- Once you have saved the file(s) you can then import it (and thereafter resize) on to a Word Document or any other programme file.
Having problems downloading?
Try right-clicking on the link you wish to use, then click "Save As..." (or equivalent - it will vary from browser to browser). You can then choose where to save the file on your computer.
File Types:
- EPS: For professional use only
- JPEG: Suitable for most home inkjet printers
- GIF: For electronic use only (emails, websites)
- PDF: Suitable for most home inkjet printers
Note:
Most images are scalable and may be larger than you need. It is possible to reduce in size but the quality of each may be reduced if the size of each image is increased. Simple rule – do not increase – only reduce. If you require larger images please contact the Trefoil Guild Office.

TG/LOGO/CENTENARY/001 File Type: JPG
The Girlguiding Centenary Logo can be used internally, i.e.
- to communicate information about the Centenary to members
- to raise the profile of the Centenary among members
- on displays at membership events
- on website intended for members
From September 2009 the Logo can be used externally also, i.e.
- on stationery and promotional material
- when communicating with an external audience, i.e. in a display at your local library
The Design guidelines can be found on the Girlguiding UK Logos, guidelines and resources CD. These should be given to professional designers and printers if you employ either.

Photography Competition
The Trefoil Guild Photography Group are organising a Photography competition open to all members of the Trefoil Guild, Closing Date 1st April 2012. There will be a small prize for the winner of each section and you may enter photographs taken during 2011 and up to the closing date. It is hoped to exhibit the winning pictures at the National Annual Meeting.
